Every so often, I get a little stressed out and my anxieties become somewhat overwhelming. Music is amazing, it can be an incredibly powerful tool in aiding calm. I have compiled a list of 7 Classical Pieces of music that I listen to when I'm starting to get stressed out or feel a generally heightened sense of anxiety. During the darkest period of my battle with anxiety, I found classical music to be the only genre of music I could listen to without suffering a panic attack. I'm sharing with you some of the pieces that are very close to me and helped me through some of the most difficult days of my life.
If you are having a particularly stressful day or are just feeling very stressed out, do give these beautiful pieces of music a listen. You may find they help you, or you may even fall in love.
